How is ‘Est. Rewards Per Item’ calculated?

The ‘Est. Rewards Per Item’ indicates the projected NXPC allocation for a single unit. This figure is calculated based on the item’s relative market value within the completed basket. Put simply, the higher an item’s value compared to the total basket, the larger its share of the total rewards.

[Key Terms]

  • Item Reference Price: The estimated market value of a specific item type, systematically derived from marketplace data. It employs a proprietary valuation model designed to reflect prevailing market conditions while filtering out statistical anomalies and mitigating short-term volatility.
  • Total Basket Value: The sum of the reference prices for all items required to fill the basket.
    Calculation Example: Let’s assume the Total Rewards pool is 40,000 NXPC.

    * Calculation Example: Let’s assume the Total Rewards pool is 40,000 NXPC.

  • Basket Composition

    * Item A (1 unit): Reference Price 10,000 NXPC

    * Item B (2 unit): Reference Price 12,000 (Total 24,000 NXPC)

    * Total Basket Value: 10,000 + 24,000 = 34,000 NXPC

  • Item A Reward Calculation: Item A accounts for approx. 29% of the basket’s value (10,000 / 34,000). Therefore, it receives that proportional share of the Total Rewards.

    * (10,000 / 34,000) x 40,000 ~= 11,764 NXPC.
