A purchase failure notification is popping up when attempting to buy an item from MSU Marketplace.

Item purchase may fail if the item's price changes or undergoes purchase by another Mapler during your purchase process.


In such case, please kindly attempt to purchase the item again.

I can't view my listed item in On Sale tab.

Click the Refresh Metadata button, as shown in the image above, to refresh the page. This should help you view the information of the listed NFT items, characters, or FT items.

 

If you still can't see the listed item/character after refreshing, please submit a ticket through our Support.

I'm having an issue when buying or selling items/characters!

Have you encountered any of the following issues when buying or selling NFT items, characters, or FT items?

 

NFT Purchase Issues

  1. Purchased an item/character and the payment went through, but can't view it in MSU Marketplace → Inventory.
  2. Purchased an item/character and the payment went through, can view it in MSU Marketplace → Inventory, but can't view it in the in-game Wallet Inventory.
  3. Purchased an item/character, but the payment didn't go through and can't view it in MSU Marketplace → Inventory.
  4. Purchased an item/character and can view it in MSU Marketplace → Inventory, but the payment didn't go through.
  5. Purchased an item/character but received a different item/character than the one purchased.
  6. Purchased an item/character and paid more or less than the listed amount for the item/character.
  7. Purchased a character and can't link it to the game.
  8. Purchased a character and the character information, stats, or items are different from what was shown on the purchase page.
  9. Sold an item/character, but didn't receive the payment for it.
  10. Sold an item/character and received the payment for it, but the item/character sold is still listed in MSU Marketplace → Inventory → On sale.
  11. Sold an item/character and received more or less than the listed sale amount for the item/character.
  12. Listed an item/character but can't view it in MSU Marketplace → Inventory → On sale.
  13. Listed a FT item but can't see it in the listing section of the item detail page.
  14. Refreshed the MSU Marketplace webpage, but the lowest price of the FT item and the FT item on sale do not match.

I don't remember the name of the character I wanted to purchase.

If you don't remember the exact name of the character you want to purchase, you can type in part of the name and use the auto-complete feature to see a list of characters.

 

You can also use the search bar and filter options located on the left side of the Characters page to find the desired character.

Name Search

  1. Enter the character name in English.
  2. If you don't know the exact name, type in part of the name and check the auto-complete list that appears.
  3. If you can't find the character from the list, please double-check if you have entered the correct name.

Filter Search

  1. Use the filter function and set parameters such as price range, world, job, and level range to find the desired character.
  2. If you want to use the same filter settings again, use the Save Filter function. Saved filters can be reused by selecting Saved Filters below the search bar.

※ For characters with less than 24 hours remaining until the end of the sale, the remaining time will be displayed.

※ If there are no registered characters for sale or the search term is incorrect, a No Search Results page will be displayed. Please try entering a different character name or changing the filter parameters and search again.

Where can I check my items/characters/Nicknames transaction history?

Do you want to check the transaction history for your NFT items, FT items, characters, or Nicknames?

 

Here’s how:

  1. Marketplace Inventory Activity

    • Detailed information about your item purchase and sale history can be viewed in MSU Marketplace → Inventory → Activity.
  2. MetaMask

    • You can also check your transaction history using the "Portfolio" feature in the MetaMask extension.
  3. Blockchain Mapler

    • You can select the Henesys L1 in the MSU Explorer to view your detailed transaction history.

I can't view the item/character that I made an Offer on!

Are you unable to view the NFT items, characters, or FT items you made an Offer on?

Here are the possible reasons for Offer cancellation:

  1. Item moved to in-game inventory: The item you made an Offer on has been moved from Wallet Inventory to a character inventory.
  2. Item/character transferred to non-MSU wallet: The item/character you made an Offer on has been transferred to a non-MSU wallet.
  3. Insufficient wallet balance: Your wallet balance has decreased below the Offer amount.
    * When submitting a new item offer, if the total offer amount—including the offer amount for the new item—exceeds the available wallet balance, previously submitted item offers may be automatically canceled.

 

Ensuring Active Offers

To prevent your Offer from being canceled, ensure that your wallet balance does not fall below the Offer amount.

※ You will receive a notification if your Offer is canceled. Please note that this notification will be available for 7 days.
