Have you encountered any of the following issues when buying or selling NFT items, characters, or FT items?
NFT Purchase Issues
- Purchased an item/character and the payment went through, but can't view it in MSU Marketplace → Inventory.
- Purchased an item/character and the payment went through, can view it in MSU Marketplace → Inventory, but can't view it in the in-game Wallet Inventory.
- Purchased an item/character, but the payment didn't go through and can't view it in MSU Marketplace → Inventory.
- Purchased an item/character and can view it in MSU Marketplace → Inventory, but the payment didn't go through.
- Purchased an item/character but received a different item/character than the one purchased.
- Purchased an item/character and paid more or less than the listed amount for the item/character.
- Purchased a character and can't link it to the game.
- Purchased a character and the character information, stats, or items are different from what was shown on the purchase page.
- Sold an item/character, but didn't receive the payment for it.
- Sold an item/character and received the payment for it, but the item/character sold is still listed in MSU Marketplace → Inventory → On sale.
- Sold an item/character and received more or less than the listed sale amount for the item/character.
- Listed an item/character but can't view it in MSU Marketplace → Inventory → On sale.
- Listed a FT item but can't see it in the listing section of the item detail page.
- Refreshed the MSU Marketplace webpage, but the lowest price of the FT item and the FT item on sale do not match.
