Swap & Warp

If your wallet is supposed to hold NXPC balance but you cannot view the NXPC balance in [Swap&Warp > Warp] webpage or in your MetaMask wallet app, it is highly likely that your wallet didn't import the NXPC token properly.

Please follow the steps below to import NXPC token to your wallet and find your NXPC balance.

1. In [Swap&Warp > Warp], connect your receiving wallet to the website
2. Click the + MetaMask button (in red) to add the custom NXPC token.
3. When "Add suggested tokens" popup appears, click Add token button to complete the NXPC token import.

After following the steps above, you may find your NXPC balance in your wallet.

※ If you do not wish to connect your wallet to msu.io, please follow the steps below to import NXPC token manually to your wallet.

1. Open MetaMask, scroll to the bottom of your asset list, and click "Import Tokens"
2. Then, enter the following token contract address:
   
   1. NXPC Contract (Avalanche C-Chain): 0x5E0E90E268BC247Cc850c789A0DB0d5c7621fb59

This notice addresses NXPC deposits and withdrawals on centralized exchanges.
Please ensure that you verify which network your exchange supports for NXPC before initiating any transactions.
As of now, most centralized exchanges support NXPC deposits and withdrawals on the Avalanche C-Chain network.

• Please note that native NXPC tokens acquired through MapleStoryN or any other route on the Henesys L1 network are not compatible with direct deposits to exchange addresses.
• Depositing such tokens without bridging may result in permanent loss, as they may be unrecognized and unrecoverable by the exchange.
• To avoid asset loss, you must bridge your NXPC tokens to the Avalanche C-Chain in advance via the official and exclusive bridging path: [Swap & Warp > Warp]
• Only after completing this bridging process should you proceed with deposits or withdrawals through centralized exchanges.

If a mistaken deposit has already occurred, please note that there is no way to recover tokens from the Henesys chain.

In such cases, refer to your exchange’s official guidelines and contact their customer support team directly for further assistance.
