Why isn't my character showing on the Ranking Board?

The Level Ranking can be found on the MapleStory N website under Game Status > Ranking.

Your character may not appear on the Ranking Board for one of the following reasons:

1. The character has been restricted.
2. The character was created less than 24 hours ago.
3. The character has not completed the 1st Job Advancement or is below level 10.

Please note that rankings are updated daily at midnight (UTC+0), and the update may be delayed by up to 10 minutes. If your character recently reached level 10, it will appear after the next update.

If none of these apply and your character still doesn’t appear after the update, please submit a ticket to MSU Support with your world and character name.
