Credit Level
Learn More About Credit Level

The Credit Level system was introduced to help create a safer and more stable MapleStory Universe ecosystem.
When you first connect your wallet to the MapleStory Universe service, your account is assigned Credit Level 0. Depending on your account activity, such as acquiring NXPC or completing KYC verification, your Credit Level may increase.
Your Credit Level is automatically updated when you meet the required criteria for each higher level, with Level 2 being the highest.
Please see the details below:
Credit Level 0
Accounts that meet any of the following conditions will be assigned Credit Level 0:
- Wallet accounts newly connected to MapleStory Universe after the Credit Level system was introduced on June 25, 2025
- Wallet accounts connected to MapleStory Universe before the Credit Level system is introduced on June 25, 2025 but have no gameplay record in MapleStory N
- Wallets under service restrictions at the time of the Credit Level system was introduced on June 25, 2025.
※ Accounts with Credit Level 0 are restricted from accessing MapleStory N.
※ If your Credit Level changes from Level 1 to Level 0 while playing MapleStory N, you will be automatically disconnected from the game.
Credit Level 1
This level is assigned to accounts that hold 10 or more NXPC on the Henesys Chain, the mainnet for MapleStory Universe.
- NXPC held on the Avalenche C-Chain is not counted toward your Credit Level.
- If your NXPC on the Henesys Chain drops below 10, your Credit Level will return to Level 0.
To use NXPC held on the Avalanche C-Chain, please use the [Swap & Warp > Warp] function to Warp In to the Henesys Chain.
Credit Level 1 (Temporarily Active)
Accounts that have records of accessing MapleStory N before the June 25, 2025 update will automatically be assigned Credit Level 1 (Temporarily Active) without any additional verification.
※ Credit Level 1 (Temporarily Active) is a temporary measure. Any changes to the Credit Level requirements for existing Maplers will be announced in advance.
Credit Level 2
Accounts that have completed KYC vertification will be assigned Credit Level 2.
Credit Level 2 is maintained regardless of your NXPC balance, as long as KYC verification remains valid.
Currently, KYC vertification is the only way to obtain Credit Level 2. However, adding verification methods will be introduced in the future.
For more information about KYC verification, please refer to the [KYC FAQ].

Click the [My Page] icon on the top right corner of the MapleStory Universe website, then navigate to the [Overview] page.
You can view your Credit Level under the “Account Status” section on your Profile Card.
Credit Level:
- Level 0
- Level 1
- Level 1 (Temporarily Active)
- Level 2

There are two ways to obtain NXPC:
1. [Swap & Warp > Swap]
Exchange your NESO for NXPC using the Swap function in Swap & Warp.
2. [Swap & Warp > Warp]
If your NXPC is on the Avalanche C-Chain, use the Warp function in Swap & Warp to bridge it to Henesys Chain.
※ For more detailed information about NESO, NESOLET, and NXPC, please refer to the [NESO & NXPC Guide].
※ For more detailed information about Swap & Warp, please refer to the [Swap & Warp Guide].

Accounts that were created before June 25, 2025 but have not created a character or accessed the game will be assigned Credit Level 0.
The purpose of Credit Level 1 (Temporarily Active) is to avoid gameplay disruptions for existing players after the Credit Level system was introduced.
Therefore, accounts without gameplay history, i.e., those without character login records, will be assigned Credit Level 0.
※ Credit Level 1 (Temporarily Active) is a temporary measure. Any changes to the Credit Level requirements for existing Maplers will be announced in advance.

If your Credit Level changes from Level 1 to Level 0 while playing MapleStory N, your access to the game will be automatically disconnected.
To continue playing, please ensure your wallet holds at least 10 NXPC to maintain Credit Level 1.
※ Credit Level 2 Maplers are not affected by changes in NXPC balance.
Credit Level 1 (Temporarily Active)
