Card Verification is one of the methods for increasing Credit Level.
Using a card registered under the holder’s name for Card Verification allows normal gameplay without additional NXPC recharge.
The following information is required to complete Card Verification.
1) Card Number
2) Cardholder Name
3) Expiry Date
4) CVC
Card verification is processed through a $0 authorization, and no charges are applied during the verification process.
※ Successful card verification updates the credit level to Level 2.
※ Card verification requests are limited to 3 times per day.
※ Depending on the card issuer, security program installation may be required during verification. If an error occurs during installation, use a browser other than Chrome or refer to the instructions provided by the card issuer.
※ For detailed information on credit levels, refer to [Credit Level FAQ].
Card verification can be completed using a VISA or MasterCard issued under the user’s name.
Other card brands cannot be used for card verification.
A card previously used for Card Verification cannot be used for Card Verification on another Wallet Account.
For Card Re-Verification requests, a valid VISA or MasterCard (credit or debit) currently held can be used.
Card information entered during the re-verification process is used solely for verification purposes, and no additional charges are applied.
Similar to KYC Re-Verification, a re-verification request may be made to protect personal and account information associated with the Wallet Address in use.
Card Re-Verification requires payment authorization using a valid VISA or MasterCard (credit or debit) currently held.
※ The re-verification process must be completed within 14 days from the time the identity verification method is selected; failure to do so will result in account restrictions.
※ Card Re-Verification can be attempted up to three times. Exceeding this limit will result in account restrictions.
※ If the Mapler requested to re-verify cannot complete Card Re-Verification, KYC verification may be used instead.
