    I cannot connect my MetaMask wallet!

    Please follow the procedure below to reboot the MetaMask wallet extension and try connecting again:

    1. Click the Extension button
    2. Click the three-dot button on the right side of MetaMask
    3. Click Manage Extension
    4. Disable the blue-active button and reactivate to turn MetaMask extension back on
    5. Try connecting to MapleStory Universe Web again.

    ◆Sign Up STEP 1: Create your wallet!◆

    If you do not have a wallet and need to create one, please follow the steps below. Do you want to learn more about wallets? Please proceed to "◆What is a wallet?◆" page and find out! 
    MetaMask
    1. Visit MetaMask website below and Install MetaMask extension for your browser.
      1. Download MetaMask: The Premier Blockchain Wallet App and Browser Extension
    2. Open MetaMask after installation.
    3. Click on the Create a wallet button.
    4. Set a password to protect your wallet.
    5. Follow the instructions to set up your Secret Recovery Phrase.
    6. Arrange the Secret Recovery Phrase in the correct order to verify it.
    7. Complete Registration
    Important Information
    Unlike Web2 games, MapleStory Universe links all assets owned by the user to their wallet.
    • MetaMask is not a custodial wallet. Neither NEXPACE nor MetaMask can manage or control your wallet.
    • To keep your assets safe, store your Secret Recovery Phrase (MetaMask recovery phrase) in a secure location where only you can access.

    Signing up with Web3Auth

    • If you use Google, X, or Apple, you can create an account without setting up a wallet yourself.
    • Simply select a social login option and your wallet will be automatically created and connected to MapleStory Universe.

     

    ※ After creating your wallet, please proceed to the [WALLET SIGN-UP / CONNECT > ◆Sign Up STEP 2: Link your wallet to MapleStory Universe Web!◆] page and follow the instructions to complete your account registration.

    To enjoy the full features of MapleStory Universe Web, you will need to connect your wallet to your account.

    Please follow the steps below to connect your wallet to MapleStory Universe services!

     

    MetaMask

    1. Click Connect wallet.
    2. Click Continue with MetaMask.
    3. Sign and complete the linking procedure step by step.

     

    Using Web3Auth

    1. Click the [Connect] button at the top-right corner of the MSU website.
    2. Choose Google, X, or Apple.
    3. After logging in and completing the signature, your Web3Auth wallet will be created and linked automatically.

    Email verification code delivery may be affected by domain-specific issue.


    If you experience delays in receiving an email with the verification code during the account registration process, please use an email with a different domain and try again.


    After you complete the account registration, you may freely change the connected email address in [My Page > Settings].
